Friendships
Friendship challenges can leave children and young people feeling confused, isolated or unsure how to handle social situations. These difficulties might show up as fallouts, feeling left out, struggling to make or keep friends, worries about peer pressure, or uncertainty about how to communicate their needs. For some, friendships feel overwhelming; for others, they feel out of reach.
Counselling offers a calm, supportive space to explore what’s happening in their peer relationships. Together, we look at the emotions behind the difficulties, build confidence and communication skills, and help them understand themselves and others more clearly. This support can strengthen resilience, improve social connection and help young people feel more secure in their friendships.
